Q.1 | What time is check-in? | Check-in time is from 15:00 hours onwards. If you are arriving earlier than this, you can leave your luggage with the reception until your room is ready. If you are arriving to the hotel early and require the room, then you will need to book the room for the night before to ensure it is ready for you upon your arrival. |
Q.2 | What time is check-out? | Check-out time is before 11:00 hours. Late check-outs are strictly subject to Hotel availability and an additional late check-out charge will apply. |
Q.3 | My flight is leaving in the afternoon/evening can I leave my luggage for the day? | You can leave your luggage with the reception for a charge of £1.00 per item. For locked storage the charge is £5.00 per item. |
Q.4 | I am arriving to the Hotel late in the evening, is this a problem? | If you are arriving after 22:00 hours (10:00 PM) advance notice is required. |
Q.5 | How do I reserve a room? | Please use our online reservations page to book securely online. To reserve a room we require your credit card/debit card details. |
Q.6 | What is your cancellation policy? | Your confirmation e-mail will contain the cancellation policy that applies to your reservation. |
Q.7 | Is the Hotel step free? (access/mobility) | The Hotel is not step free. There are steps to enter/exit the building. There is no step free access to any of the rooms, there are steps from where the hotel elevator stops, to each of the room floor levels. |
Q.8 | Does the Hotel have an elevator/lift? | The Hotel has an elevator/lift, but guests will still be required to go up/down some steps to reach the room levels. The Hotel is not step free. |
Q.9 | What type of payments do you accept? Do you accept Euros/Dollars? | We accept the following types of payment, Cash, Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). We only accept payment in UK Pounds Sterling(£ GBP). Unfortunately we do not accept payment in Euros(€) or in Dollars($). |
Q.10 | Is breakfast included in my room rate? | Morning continental breakfast is included on selected room rates. Please check before booking and on your confirmation e-mail. *Breakfast is subject to availability and additional charges, unless included in your room rate. |
Q.11 | What time is breakfast served? | Morning continental breakfast is served daily, Mon-Fri 8:00am till 9:30am, Sat-Sun 8:00am till 10:00am. Unfortunately earlier or later breakfast requests cannot be accommodated. |
Q.12 | What do you serve for breakfast? | Our menu consists of: A selection of morning Cereals, Seasonal Fresh Fruit, Preserved Fruit, Fruit Yoghurt, Cheese, Boiled Eggs, Scrambled Eggs, Croissants, Hot Toast, Tea, Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Juices and Condiments. |
Q.13 | Are the rooms air-conditioned? | No, we do not have any air-conditioned rooms. |
Q.14 | Does the Hotel have any parking facilities? | There are no parking facilities. Parking on the street outside the hotel is Resident Permit Holders only. Please see our parking on Penywern Road section for more details. |

Q.16 | Are there tea/coffee making facilities in the room? | There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. We have free tea/coffee making facilities in the guest's lounge. |
Q.17 | What are your room sizes? | Please note, all our rooms vary in shape and size. Our approximate room sizes are: Single room - 7m2 (75 ft2), Double room - 10m2 (108 ft2), Triple room - 13m2 (140 ft2), Family room - 15m2 (161 ft2) |
Q.18 | What are your bed sizes? | All our beds are standard UK sizes. Single bed - 90cm wide by 190cm long (or 3ft by 6ft 3in). Double bed - 135cm wide by 190cm long (or 4ft 6in by 6ft 3in) |

Q.21 | Can I smoke in the room? | We have a strict NO-SMOKING policy in all our rooms. You can smoke on the hotel terrace which is outside the guests lounge. |
Q.22 | Are the rooms air-conditioned? | No, we do not have any air-conditioned rooms. |
Q.23 | Does the Hotel provide laundry facilities? | The hotel does not have any laundry facilities. However, close to the Hotel are a number of good launderettes and dry cleaners. |
